Minnesota Bank Loss Reports

Minnesota        Wisconsin

Financial Crimes Services is no longer administrating the Check Diversion Program:

What you can expect:

1.       New Merchant booklets can be found on your city or county website.

2.      If the booklets are not available, your city or county could be in contract review.

3.      All checks from the last three years will be moved to the new program administrator.

4.      Checks mailed with the old paperwork will be forwarded to the new program administrator.

5.      New paperwork will be emailed or mailed to you from new checks coming in.

6.      Individuals currently on payment plans will get top priority.

7.      Many jurisdictions are in the contract stage and check diversion should be available soon.

8.      This transition could take up to 30 days (September 1, 2011 thru October 1, 2011).

9.      You may call and request your checks back if you do not want to participate with the new administrator.

10.  If you have any questions please call us at 1-651-388-2569 and we will be more than happy to answer your questions and direct you.

Financial Crimes Services thanks you for using the Check Diversion Program we administered for the past 10 years.  Due to the amount of checks being written today (check writing is down 65%), FCS could clearly see that check diversion needed to be combined with other companies.  We are diligently working with your jurisdiction and other companies on contracts and transitioning your data to a new program administrator chosen by your jurisdiction.
